Got a Kidney?

I am humbly making a social media post that I am in need of a kidney transplant. I have Polycystic Kidney Disease and I have reached the stage of my disease that getting a transplant is recommended before dialysis is my next step. My prayer is that this post is shared and reaches the person who will become my kidney donor.

Unfortunately, Kevin was denied to be my donor.

My pre transplant team says this is one of the best ways, along with word of mouth, to get my story out and find a donor. Attached is a QR code with my information needed to fill out a donor application. The donor can be in or out of state, you can remain anonymous or tell the world.
