Returns

At Lauren's Tees LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with original packaging when possible
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Because many of our products are made to order, we ask that you contact us before sending anything back.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact us first. Once your return is approved, we'll guide you through the exchange process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
